The Red Triangle runs a Junior Snooker Academy — free coaching for anyone under the age of 18. The academy runs fortnightly on a Saturday from 11am to 1pm, and every junior who joins receives a free club membership, entitling them to half price snooker rates seven days a week. All of our coaches are WPBSA qualified and PVG certified.
Open to anyone under the age of 18, completely free of charge.
Sessions run every other Saturday, 11am – 1pm.

Beyond the academy, The Red Triangle is proud to play its part in developing the next generation of snooker players. In July 2024 we hosted the inaugural Under 21’s UK Open Championship, bringing some of the country's best young talent to our tables — and we were delighted to host the event again for the 21 & Under UK Open Championship in 2025.
Host venue for the Under 21’s UK Open Championship — inaugural event 26th–28th July 2024, and again in 2025.
Kids are welcome at the club and supervised until 9pm.
